These terms govern your use of the Frez AGRISENSO Plus platform. Please read them before you register. By creating an account you agree to them.
Frez is a platform operated by Kita Agritech Corporation that helps you apply for and manage an agricultural loan. Frez is not the lender. Every loan is made, approved, disbursed and settled by Land Bank of the Philippines under its AGRISENSO Plus programme. No money moves through this app.
You must be at least 18 years old and applying for an agricultural loan for a farm you work. Farmers and buyers may create their own accounts; accounts for LANDBANK and Frez staff are issued by an administrator. Your account is yours — do not share your password or sign in as anyone else.
During the pilot, LANDBANK requires a wet (ink) signature on every loan document. Frez prints the papers for you to sign by hand; the signed copy is photographed onto your file. Where an electronic signature is offered, it carries the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).
The fees for arranging and supporting a loan are shown in the app before you commit, as part of your farm plan and value case. You never pay Frez separately in cash; charges are handled within the loan as disclosed. [ NEEDS: confirm the fee disclosure wording with LANDBANK before launch ]
This is a pilot. We work to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give notice of a material change where we reasonably can.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can close your account and, where the law allows, have your data erased — see Deleting your account.
To the extent the law allows, Kita Agritech Corporation is not liable for a lending decision made by LANDBANK, for a farming or market outcome, or for loss arising from information you gave that was not correct. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to attempt fraud, or to endanger the service or other users. You may close your own account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of [ NEEDS: venue, e.g. the city of the registered office ]. We would rather resolve a problem directly — contact us first at [ NEEDS: support email / phone ].

Pinamamahalaan ng mga tuntuning ito ang paggamit mo ng Frez AGRISENSO Plus. Pakibasa bago magrehistro. Sa paggawa ng account, sumasang-ayon ka rito.
Ang Frez ay platform na pinapatakbo ng Kita Agritech Corporation na tumutulong sa iyong mag-apply at mamahala ng pautang sa sakahan. Hindi ang Frez ang nagpapautang. Ang bawat pautang ay ginagawa, inaaprubahan, inilalabas at sine-settle ng Land Bank of the Philippines sa ilalim ng AGRISENSO Plus. Walang perang dumadaan sa app na ito.
Dapat 18 taong gulang pataas ka at nag-a-apply ng pautang para sa sakahang binubungkal mo. Ang mga magsasaka at bibili ay puwedeng gumawa ng sariling account; ang account ng LANDBANK at Frez staff ay ibinibigay ng administrator. Sa iyo ang account mo — huwag ibahagi ang password o mag-sign in bilang iba.
Sa panahon ng pilot, hinihingi ng LANDBANK ang tunay na pirma (tinta) sa bawat dokumento. Ini-print ng Frez ang papeles para pirmahan mo nang kamay; kinukunan ng larawan ang pirmadong kopya para sa file. Kung saan inaalok ang elektronikong pirma, may kaparehong bisa ito sa batas gaya ng sulat-kamay ayon sa Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).
Ipinapakita sa app ang mga bayarin sa pag-aayos at pagsuporta ng pautang bago ka magpasya, kasama ng plano sa sakahan at value case. Hindi ka kailanman nagbabayad sa Frez nang hiwalay na cash; ang mga singil ay hinahawakan sa loob ng pautang gaya ng ipinapaliwanag. Pilot ito. Pinipilit naming panatilihing available at tama ang serbisyo, ngunit ibinibigay ito nang “as is” at hindi namin maipapangako na walang patid o walang mali. Puwede naming baguhin, ihinto o alisin ang mga feature, at magbibigay kami ng abiso sa malaking pagbabago kung kaya.
Nasa Patakaran sa Privacy kung paano namin hinahawakan ang personal mong impormasyon. Puwede mong isara ang account at, kung pinapayagan ng batas, ipabura ang datos — tingnan ang Pagbura ng account.
Hanggang pinapayagan ng batas, hindi mananagot ang Kita Agritech Corporation sa desisyon ng LANDBANK sa pagpapautang, sa resulta ng pagsasaka o merkado, o sa pagkalugi dahil sa maling impormasyong ibinigay mo. Walang inaalis dito na karapatan mong hindi puwedeng talikuran sa ilalim ng batas ng Pilipinas.
Puwede naming suspindihin o isara ang account na ginagamit para labagin ang mga tuntuning ito, magtangkang manloko, o ilagay sa panganib ang serbisyo o ibang user. Puwede mong isara ang sarili mong account anumang oras.
Pinamamahalaan ang mga tuntuning ito ng batas ng Republika ng Pilipinas. Ang mga hidwaan ay nasa saklaw ng korte ng [ KAILANGAN: venue ]. Mas gusto naming ayusin nang direkta — kontakin muna kami sa [ KAILANGAN: support email / telepono ].
